He is survived by: his wife Jonda Bettie; his son Michael Mushock (Lynne); his grandsons, Patrick and Kevin; his son Ted Mushock; his grandchildren, Payton and Emmett; his stepdaughter Amy Sheppard (Brian); and his stepgrandchildren, Skyler and Sydney.
