With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mother Doris E. Minter of Decatur, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Mother Doris may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her mother Doris Minter (YouTube). She is survived by: her children, Beverly Wadley (George), LaQuinda Jackson (Eric), Myron Minter and Randy Minter. She is also survived by thirty-four grandchildren, thirty-six great grandchildren, eight great-great grandchildren; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM and at 4:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (2178 GA-138, Stockbridge, GA 30281). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
