She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Carlos Puckett; her parents, Frank Markwalter Smith, Sr. and Ellen Little Smith; her siblings, Christine Peters (W. E. "Pete" Peters) and Frank Markwalter Smith, Jr. (Ruth Smith); her siblings-in-law, Lucille P. Jenkins (H. Guy Jenkins, Jr.), O. C. Puckett, Jr. (Ann) and George Puckett, Sr. (Marvina); and her nephew David Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Collins and Mark Puckett (Brynn) of Mooresville, NC; her grandchildren, Kerry Puckett and Larsson Puckett; and her brother Harold Smith of Tucker, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory (2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory (2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033).
