Carter; her children, Bianca Carter and Jonathan Carter; and her siblings, Sheila Page, Yvette Page, Michael Page, Henry Page Jr. and Daryl Page. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rainbow Park (2941 Columbia Dr, Decatur, GA 30034). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
