We bid farewell to James Ronald Kirkland Jr. of Decatur, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 15, 2025 at the age of 51. James Ronald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy James Ronald leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though James Ronald may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He is survived by: his wife Micole T. Kirkland; his mother Wanda D. Moore; his daughter Janay R. Kirkland; and his siblings, Tezlyn Vinyard and Christopher Moore. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Iconium Baptist Church (542 Moreland Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
