We are sad to announce that on December 13, 2024, at the age of 72, James Brownsmith (Decatur, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Pamela Brownsmith; his sons, James Brownsmith III and Reid Brownsmith; and his grandson Reid Brownsmith Jr.. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Donald Trimble Mortuary, Inc. (1876 2nd Ave, Decatur, GA 30032). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Friendship Baptist Church (3375 Church St, Duluth, GA 30097).
