She was loved and cherished by many people including: her stepson Gregory Scarlett (Patricia); her sisters, Sarah Culpepper and Sadie Smith; her brother-in-law George Brumfield; and her nieces and nephews, Linda Hoyle, Pamela Sears, Elvera Culpepper, Jackie Torbert (Tom), Yvonne Owens (LeRoy), Evelyn Culpepper, Gaines Culpepper, Sr., Grady Culpepper and Carlton Culpepper. She was also cherished by 18 great nieces & nephews, 12 great-great nieces & nephews.
