He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Archer and F. S. Archer; and his brothers, Joe Louis, Robert and James Archer.
He is survived by: his wife Imogene M. Wilson; his stepson Robert Wilson, Jr.; his stepgrandchildren, Shawn and Danielle Archer; his brothers, William and Lee Archer; his niece Angela Davis; and his nephew Robert D. Archer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenforest Community Baptist Church (3250 Rainbow Dr, Decatur, GA 30034).
