He was predeceased by: his parents, Captain David K. Warfield Jr. and Margaret W. Warfield; and his sister Emily Warfield Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Donna Warfield; his daughters, Cathy Shanks (Jim) and Margaret Morris (Andy); his grandchildren, David Warfield, Margaret Emily, Catherine Elizabeth and James Zachry; and his nieces and nephews, Wimberly Thompson and Mark Thompson.
