With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David Spencer (Decatur, Georgia), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Cheri L. Frain; his siblings, Jason Spencer, Natalie Flanagan, Pamela Frain and Dawn Cushing (John); his nephews, Nicholas Cushing and Dillan Flanagan; his niece Lauren Cushing (John Reynolds); and his pet Coco Chanel.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the A. S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home & Crematory (2773 N Decatur Rd, Decatur, GA 30033). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the College Park Cemetery (College Park, GA 30337).
