He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Palmer and Curtis Lee Palmer; and his wife Sylvia Jarrett Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Lee Ann Hall (Butch); and his grandchildren, Hayden and Mackenzie. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Broxton City Cemetery (729 George Deen Rd, Broxton, GA 31519).
Charles was a deeply religious man who enjoyed volunteer work and donating time and effort to charitable causes.
