She was predeceased by: her mother Rosa Collins; and her son Billy Wayne Adair. She is survived by: her son James J. Adair (Vicky); and her sisters, Vivian Etterle, Phoebe Widener (Buddy) and Melba Pugh (Don). She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
