He is survived by: his close friend Aliza Higdon; his children, Allison Hayes and Aliza Higdon; his parents, Victor "Vic" Lee Higdon, Sr. (Michelle) and Tiffani Proctor Holley (Steven); his grandparents, Leon, Gail Higdon, Harold and Winnie Proctor; his stepgrandparents, Wyman Holley and Phyllis Holley; and his siblings, Jacey Proctor, Adalyn Dempsey, Amber Young (Trey), Chris Holley (Megan), Darren Sawyer (Amber) and Dalton Sawyer. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
