She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Payne and Virginia Smith Payne. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Brackett; her daughters, Penny Culpepper (Chris) of Harlem, GA, Angie Padgett (B. B.) of Dearing, GA, Tina Hackley (Steve) and Jenny Schlewitz (John) of Evans, GA; and her brothers, Floyd Payne, Jr. (Barbara) of Harlem, GA and Danny Payne (Nancy) of Harlem, GA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
