She was predeceased by: her parents, Randolph Wise and Betty Cumbee Franks; and her brother Jeff Wise. She is survived by: her husband Tommy Radford; her children, Michelle Barnes (Jimmy) of Augusta, Scott Allen Burnside (Shannon) of Augusta, Dewayne Radford (Melaina) of Thomson, Tammie Smith (Jon), Tina Clark and Martie Ewest (Jimmy) of Dearing; her siblings, Mike Wise, Randy Wise of Augusta and Connie Brown of Hephzibah; and her close friend Shirley Hill. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
