She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Clements; her parents, Onie Williams and Hubert Williams; her siblings, Johnny Carlton, Ronald Williams, Sandra Gail Williams, Hughdon Williams, Shelby Jean Garrett, Patsy Jane Teems and Lee Verlyn Williams; her great grandchild Kelsi E. Long; and her son-in-law Tony Bowman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Bowman (Derek Cloud) and Pamela Grant (Richard); her grandchildren, Kelly Usry (Steven), Jami Long (Brian), Kaitlin Colberg (Ben) and Phillip Bowman; her great grandchildren, Logan Coxwell (Austin), Andrew Long, Mallory Long, Teddy Colberg and Ryan Usry (Katelyn); her great great grandchildren, Carter Coxwell, Millie Kate Usry and Colt Usry; and her great grandchildren, Shih-Tzu and Sheila. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Dearing Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in honor of Mrs. JoAnn's love for children.
