He is survived by: his wife Kathryn "Jean" Howard of Dearing; his sister Hazel Anne Brown; his nephews, Stephen Brown (Jane) and Mark Brown (Traci); his niece Lisa Bowles (Brian); his great-nephews, Cory Jackson, Jeffery Brown, Kyle Brown, Andrew Bowles and Connor Bowles; and his great-niece Katie Brown.

The family requests that contributions be made to Dearing Baptist Church, P.O. Box 279 Dearing, Ga 30808.
