He is survived by: his wife Elaine Pearson Wells; his children, Paula Kelley, Nikki Griffith and Ricky Wells; his siblings, Joyce Newsome, Linda Reese, Karen Whitaker, Debbie Burton, Alan Wells and David Wells; and his nephews, C. J., Nick, Welsey, David, Kenneth and Buddy. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and his 13 great-grandchildren.
