He is survived by: his wife Dee Williford; his daughters, Sharon Chiavichien and Shonda Williford; his grandchildren, Kasey Williford, Miranda Williford, Kas Chiavichien and Nash Garrett; and his siblings, Horace Coker, Mel Rourk (Randy) and Pat Bowick.
