He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan George Ewest, Sr. and Omie Hammett Ewest; and his brother Randy Johnson. He is survived by: his sons, Brad Ewest (Melissa), Brian Brabham (Lauren) and Jeffrey Brabham (Christy); his close friend Donna Brabham; his siblings, Earl Johnson, Jimmy Ewest and Janie Ewest; his grandchildren, Nathen Brabham, Madysen Brabham, Kialey Brabham, Shelby Ewest, Gage Ewest and Jackson Ewest; and his great grandchild Elijah Fletcher.
