He is survived by: his wife Sheila Toney; his daughters, Alisha Whitaker Irick (Jefferson Rabun) of Dearing and Kayla Rodgers of Dearing; his siblings, Wanda Morrow and John Toney; and his grandchildren, Sophia Ogeltree, Rheya Rodgers, Raelyn Rodgers, Kelby Rabun and Josh Rabun.
