He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Looper and Lula Bell Looper. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Moore Looper; his children, Robin of Dawsonville, Glenn Burt of Dawsonville, Jeff Looper of Dawsonville and Allison Grace of Dawsonville; his granddaughter Kaylen Grace (Alex Terry); his great grandchild Marlowe Grace; and his sister Betty Ann Bagley.
