He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Blalock and Maeoma Blalock; his children, Doug Blalock, Brian Sorrells and Donna O'Shields; and his siblings, Barbara Blalock, Hal Dean, James, Norman, Larry and Jerry Blalock.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Cook Blalock of Dawsonville; and his children, Ricky, Linda Blalock of Dawsonville, Jeff, Erica Blalock of Cumming, Stacy and Joey Howard of Canton. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
