He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Mullinax Scoggins. He is survived by: his children, Tina Kelley (Marcus) of Gainesville, Bradley Scoggins (Ashley) of Canton and Joy Thompson (Kevin) of Ballground; and his grandchildren, Conner Lowell, Brody Hudson Kelley, Justin Thompson and Amber Chadwick. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
