He is survived by: his daughters, Sabrina Lane (Doug) and JoAnn Watson (Eric); his grandchildren, Andrew Watson (Olivia), Joshua Lane, Chloe Watson and Olivia Watson; his brother Cecil "Skeeter" Simmons; and his brother-in-law Donald Reeves. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bearden Funeral Home (334 Hwy 53, Dawsonville, GA 30534).
