Sherry Ann Koonce Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2025, at the age of 76, Sherry Ann Koonce of Dawsonville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ophelia Manning and Raymond Manning; her siblings, Kenneth, Gary and Deborah; her sister-in-law Peggy; and her son-in-law Rickey Land.
She is survived by: her husband George Lee Koonce; her children, Tracy Ann Land and Brian Jarrett (Erica); her stepdaughters, Ann Marie Tompkins and Amy Darlene Koonce; her brother David O'Neill Manning; her sister-in-law Linda Manning; and her extended family Georgia. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bearden Funeral Home (334 Hwy 53, Dawsonville, GA 30534). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel (334 Hwy 53, Dawsonville, GA 30534).
