He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Waters; his children, Shannon (Angela Waters), Casey Waters, Brian (Josie Mullins), Devin (Melissa Mullins), Carla Maxie and Marcus Maxie; and his sisters-in-law, Jo Waters, Button Waters and Dallas. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
