Riggs; and his grandchildren, Anabella M. Bianchini, Kate R. Carlson, Robert L. Carlson, Noelle R. Riggs, Andy T. Riggs and Aidan F. Riggs.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the St.Jude Foundation, an organization that Robert felt strongly about.
