He was predeceased by: his parents, G. W. Evans and Mescal Evans. He is survived by: his son Forrest; his daughter-in-law Becky Evans; his siblings, Joyce (Larry Greenway), Cindy (Elmer Clark), Tim (Cindy Evans) and Jeff (Denise Evans); his grandchildren, Jacob, Daniel, Dayla and Caleb; and his great grandchild Marcy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bearden Funeral Home (334 Hwy 53, Dawsonville, GA 30534). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bearden Funeral Home Chapel (334 Hwy 53, Dawsonville, GA 30534).
