He is survived by: his wife Katherine; his daughter Sara Kate (Blake); his pets, Daisy, Baylee and Zoe; his mother Emily; his brothers, Brian (Renee), Kenneth (Audra) and John (Erin); his nieces and nephews, Emma, Aly, Ryan, Kyle and Stephen; his parents-in-law, Garry and Sherry; and his siblings-in-law, Chris (Alexis) and Mindy (Ted).

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the church.
