She was predeceased by: her stepmother Annette Liddell; and her brother-in-law Dennis Pennington. She is survived by: her children, Malik Liddell, Ansley Liddell and Heydan Liddell; her father H. Todd "Skip" Liddell III; her siblings, Heather Pennington, Todd Liddell and Lauren Liddell; her niece Jordan Pennington; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Luke, Evangeline and Liam of Jacksonville, Florida.. She is also survived by Her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family is establishing a college trust fund for Heydan, Maleia's minor daughter.
