He is survived by: his nephew Marc Schadler; his wife Kim Kurtz; his children, Emily Kurtz, Lauren Kurtz and Will Kurtz; and his siblings, Donald Kurtz (Diane), Michael Kurtz (Sylvia), Phyllis Schadler (Chuck), Sandra Kurtz, James Kurtz (Michelle), Cynthia Lown (Thomas), Pamela Kurtz and Brenda Kurtz.
