It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Maddox of Dawsonville, Georgia, born in Perry, Georgia, who passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack (Mary Maddox) and Naperville; and his siblings, Linda Poole, Marsden Maddox and Royce Maddox.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Cabral Maddox; his sons, Chad (Amy Maddox) and Ryan (Nikki Maddox); his grandchildren, Anthony Maddox, Brayden Maddox, Grace Maddox, Olivia Maddox and Harper Maddox; his sister Jackie; and his brother-in-law Don Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
