He is survived by: his parents, Robert Carr and Shirley Carr; his wife Lisa Devere Carr; his children, Caitlyn (Grant Bobo), James (Paige), Mason (Caroline) and Sara (Joseph Bailey); his stepchildren, Kaitlin (Logan Walls), Elizabeth (Justin Tarwater) and Natalie (Devin Thomas); his siblings, Bill Carr, David Carr, Lynn (Tom Boo) and Laurie (Joe Mullet); his former wife Susan (Jeff Buffington); and his brother Bob Carr. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, his many cousins, friends, and loving neighbors.
