He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Allen and John Peter; his daughter Jessica Waters (Marty); his grandsons, Alan Waters (Rachel) and Thomas Waters (Lacey); his great grandchildren, Keith, Holli and T. J. Heck; and his siblings, Donna Bolton and Babe Richardson.
