He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willie Leon Speir and Emma Lee Speir; his wife Dorothy Evans Speir (Dottie); his children, Grant Speir (Sandra) and Tammie Speir Melear (Mark); his grandchildren, Jessica Melear Lucht (Shane), Ross Speir (Katie), Ryan Speir (Emily) and Tony Melear; and his great grandchildren, Finley Lucht, Marshall Speir and Ellie Speir.
