He is survived by: his children, Barry Burt (Sharon) of Brookhaven, Georgia, Barbara Johnson (Phil) of Dawsonville and Andy Burt (Susan) of Cumming, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jennifer Burt of Atlanta, Kristina Burt of Alpharetta, Georgia, Andrew Burt (Kimberley) of Sugar Hill, Georgia, Tony Johnson (Beverly) of Cumming and Phil Johnson (Laurie) of Roswell, Georgia; and his great grandchildren, Jonah, Eleanor, Parker and Jack Johnson.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Apostles (32 Grant Rd W, Dawsonville, GA 30534).
