He is survived by: his wife Velma Lewis; his stepdaughter Telisia Payton (Donel); his siblings, TJ Lewis (Murleece) of Atlanta, GA, Mujahid Salahud-Din (Shirley) of Goldboro, NC, Horace Lewis (Cynthia) of Bronwood, GA, Darrin Lewis of Macon, GA, Minnie Lee Jones of Dawson, GA, Katie Bell of Dawson, GA, Bernice Lewis of Dawson, GA, Betty Grier (Oscar) of Albany, GA and Lucille Kendrick of Jacksonville, FL; his uncle Nathaniel Hodge; his aunts, Ernestine Burkes, Lois Hodge and Gloria Anderson; his grandchildren, Byron Alexander, Jordan House and Caleb "Man Man" McFadden; and his friends, Sheryl "The Landlord" Calhoun, Leila Mckenzie and Richmond "Chick" Reid. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
