He was predeceased by: his parents, George Toomer and Irene Terry; and his brothers, Larry Terry, Phillip Toomer, Ulysses Toomer and Michael Collier.
He is survived by: his children, Quita, Serenity and Mason; his siblings, Gladys Burkes (Tommy), Nita Terry, Rudy D. Arnold, Martha Toomer, Bertha Lee, Rosella Toomer of Yorba Linda, CA, James Terry, Hugh Terry, Johnny Toomer, Tony Perry, George Toomer, Jr. of Perth Amboy, NJ and Clarence Toomer; and his nephew Willie Terry (LaShelle). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
