She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Jennings Cook and Jessie Mae P. Cook; and her brothers, Steve D. Cook, Julian H. Cook and Donald P. Cook.
She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Dan Jolly; her children, Lynn Hollister Tabb of Leesburg, Lisa Lash Page (Earl) of Dawson, Lynda Lash Howell (Mark) of Albany and Jerry David Jolly of Savannah; and her sister Dorothy C. Sciulli of Albany. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and sixteen great-grandchildren.
