He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Mae Harvey Brown; his children, Stephanie Brown Jones (Tyrone), Linda Brown, Larry Brown, Jr., Jasman Anthony and Christopher Brown; his stepchildren, Deon Bell (Latreasa), Myron Bell (Sonya), Clapton Bell (Constance), Latoya Bell and Chyquandra Alston; his siblings, Shirley Helms of Largo, Jacqueline Brown of Chicago, Marvin Brown of Chicago and Steve Calvin Brown (Tracey) of Calumet City; his siblings-in-law, Johnnie Pearl Bell of Brownwood, Georgia and Author B. Bell of Brownwood, Georgia; and his close friends, Sammy Lee Jones, Mark Chinn and Fred Brown. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins.
