We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2023, at the age of 76, Deaconess Maudell Burns of Dawson, Georgia, born in Richland, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her daughter Cynthia White; and her brothers, W. C. White and Leroy White. She is survived by: her sons, Willie White (Carla), Johnnie Burns, II (JoAnne), Norman Burns (Latasha) and Michael Burns; her siblings, Earl White, James White, Johnny B. White, Lavone White, Johnny White, Alice Mae Jones and Bertha Devorce; and her grandchildren, Marcus McCluster, Jason McCluster, Jeremy White, Johnnie Burns, III, Justin Burns, Michael Burns, Jr., Andrew Burns, Randall Richburg, Charlene White, Keira Burns, Jasmine Burns, Tameka Richburg and Jamilla Smalls. She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
