He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Lewis and Dessie Humphrey Hornback; his wife Dora Hornback; his daughter Amanda Bell Hornback; his granddaughter Hannah Baker; and his siblings, Oliver Lewis Hornback, Jr., Charles Wesley Hornback, Art Hornback, Monty Blue Hornback, Janie Hornback and Bingo Hornback.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Russell of Louisville and Tammy Hayes (Julian) of Dawson; and his siblings, Kanetta Comly of Fairhope and Jan Palumbo of Orlando, Florida. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
