She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Heath and Agnes E. Heath; her brothers, Master (Jessie Heath, Jr.), Reverend Charlie W. Heath, Sammie L. Heath and Reverend Willie J. Heath; her daughter-in-law Betty L. Blackshear; and her grandson Jonathan C. Lane.
She is survived by: her son David Blackshear (Dollie) of Dawson, GA; her grandchildren, Darius Lane (Amy) of Camden, SC, Irena L. Blackshear of Dawson, GA, Jolisa Myers (Garry) of Dawson, GA, Ashley of Dawson, GA, Alexis of Dawson, GA and Aaliyah Key of Dawson, GA; her niece Sandra Shealy; her friends, Bennie and Carolyn Williams; her cousin Helen Billings; and also, Mary Ann Scott and Annette George. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; six bonus great grandchildren.
