He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Woodard and Haddie Smith Woodard; and his wife Jane McNeely Woodard. He is survived by: his children, John Woodard (Maryann) of Virginia, Michael Woodard (Annabell) of Idaho and Wanda Palmer of Davisboro, GA.; and his brother Allan Woodard (Carol) of Washington, GA.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Davisboro City Cemetery.
