He is survived by: his wife Sandra Yates; his children, Frank Arthur Yates, Jr., Horace Arthur "Artie" Yates, Cloressa Yates, Cynthia Suggs (Earl), Wendy Weygant and Matthew Yates (Michelle); and his sister Glenda Anderson (Danny). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
