Elizabeth Bender Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth Bender formerly of Davisboro, Georgia, who passed away on July 10, 2021 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie J. Moye, Sr. and Vesta Wommack Moye; her children, Carey Bender and Joann Bender; her granddaughter Dawn M. McNally; and her siblings, Mary Agnes, Helen, Dorothy Moye, Lonnie J Moye, Jr., Valeria M. Pate, Harriett M. Francis, Edith M. McCoy and Daniel C. Moye.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy McNally of Brasleton, Georgia of Sandersville, Jan Jordan (Larry) of Sandersville and Joy Norris (Wayne) of Sandersville; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth Walters, Carla Czentnar, Travis Jordan, Ariail Roberts, Patrick Norris and Emily Norris. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
The family suggest donations be made to Davisboro United Methodist Church 2501 Highway 15 North, Sandersville, GA 31082.
