He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth R. McNeely Sr. and Willie Jernigan McNeely; his former wife Laverne Kniphfer McNeely; and his siblings, Kenneth R. McNeely Jr., Earl McNeely and Lois M. Glover.
He is survived by: his wife Beryl W. McNeely of Davisboro; his daughter Gloria M. Evans (DeWayne) of Sandersville; his grandchildren, Matthew Evans, Wesley Evans and Dawson Evans; and his siblings, Jane M. Woodard (Sam) of Davisboro and Lynn M. Shurling of Sandersville.
