He is survived by: his children, Silas Ezekiel "Zeke" Chavis (Kaitlyn) of Jesup, Zoa Abigale Chavis of Jesup, Zethan Thomas Anderson of Jesup and Isaiah Chavis of Manchester, Tennesse; his fiancé Taralin Caton of Darien; his sister Teri Warnock (David) of Jesup; his grandchild Everly Grace Chavis; his stepchildren, Kristina Ochsenbien of Texas and Travis Minick of Texas; his nephew Kristopher Warnock (Meagan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kristopher, Jr., Lucy and Robbie; his nephew Dakota Warnock (Kattie Perkins); his niece MeKylee Warnock; and also Layla. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to help the family with funeral expenses.
