He was predeceased by: his daughters, Amanda Rowe and Kelsey Smith; his parents, Lorise Rowe and Hayden Davis; and his brother Clint Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Robin Rowe of Darien; his children, Racheal Smith, Betsy Smith, Mollie Rowe, Karlie Rowe of Darien, Rebecka Insalaco (Larry) of Brunswick, Ben Rowe, Jr. of Crescent, Phillip Smith and Liyan Smith of Darien; his siblings, Wilma (Audley Monroe), Loretta (Ronald Owens), Sandy (Carl Scherrer), Clay Rowe (Rhonda) of Gum Branch, Sunny Rowe, Shane Davis of Townsend, Smitty Davis and Frankie Davis of Darien; and his sister-in-law Ruby Rowe of Townsend. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
